This page will guide you through procedures you need to complete to either come to Arizona Bible College and Seminary from another college or seminary or to continue on to another college or seminary.

Transferring to 

AZBCS may count higher-education courses that you've already taken toward a degree or certificate if

• the coursework was completed within the start date at AZBCS
• you earned at least a grade of C or its equivalent.
• you attended college or seminary to fulfill general education requirements for the Arizona General Education Curriculum (AGEC). AGEC-A is a 35 semester-credit lower division general education curriculum block that fulfills the lower division general education requirements of liberal arts majors (e.g., math, social science, fine arts, humanities).

To Have Credits Considered for Transfer

• Gain admission to AZBCS.
• Have an official transcript from the institution you previously attended sent directly to:

If You Sent a Transcript but are Not Admitted Into AZBCS

• The Admissions and Records Office will notify you that the transcript was received.
• You have six months to gain admittance and request a transcript evaluation.
• If you miss that deadline, your transcript will be destroyed.

To Appeal a Transcript Evaluation Decision
Submit a Transcript Evaluation Appeal to the address listed above.

Turnaround Times & Fees

Internet Request

• Official transcript will be processed and mailed within five business days
• Fee:  $5.00

Rush Service
If an official transcript request is received at the Admissions office by 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday, it will be shipped out overnight the next business day(which includes photocopy ID for an additional $10.00.

• Fee: $5.00
• Overnight delivery: additional $10.00

Requesting an Official Transcript

Online  (credit card only)
Online Transcript Requests are available through the AZBCS Bookstore.  Go to the Bookstore tab and look for Transcripts link. Online requests will be mailed to the address you provide.

To request a transcript online, please have the following information available:

• Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa)
