ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Anyone age 18 and over is welcome to apply for an undergraduate college degree, diploma or certificate. Those students requesting admission to graduate seminary must be 21 years of age. You must be 21 years or older to receive ordination. Students are admitted to the college by the Admissions department and applicants should begin the application procedure at least 6 weeks in advance of the time classes begin . Although late applicants will be considered, they put themselves at a disadvantage with regard to both the process and requests for college information, financial aid, and classroom learning.
1) Application for Admissions in a specific program of study requires submission of an Application form accompanied with the appropriate registration fee. The Admissions application will include a checkbox agreement that the the student has read, acknowledges and agrees with the student handbook (which includes refund guidelines and institutional policies governing academic requirements and standards). Admission department will provide assistance and guidance through the admissions process as requested.

2) Transcripts and all the other required materials need to be mailed to the Admissions department. The Admissions department reviews the transcripts, etc. and complies your Admission application.
3) Students will be notified by email of their admission.
4) Register for Classes. New students who have not met with an advisor must register in person. Students who have not taken classes within the past three years must complete an admissions application.New students must meet with an admissions advisor before enrolling in classes. Students who have not taken classes within the past three years must complete a new admissions application.

The Admission department will act upon admission of the applicant's file when the following items have been received:
1. The completed application form.
2. (FOR STUDENT'S SEEKING ORDINATION) An autobiographical testimony of two to four double-spaced pages which includes reference to the applicant's personal faith and experience and a statement of the applicant's reasons for seeking admission. Also include a brief statement of applicant's current life – married or single, working, education, ministry, etc. Anything that you think would help us to get to know you better.
Two references. Reference forms are included with the application. One of these references should be a pastor/ elder/ deacon/ ministry leader of a church/ ministry/organization that the applicant is or has been involved with. Also one personal reference - a faculty member or adviser in college, or a member of the applicant's congregation, employer, coworker but not a family member.
3. Transcript(s) of all high school and college academic work. Certificates, awards, ministry, diplomas.
Once an applicant has been offered admission, they must indicate their acceptance of admission and their intention to begin studies at the college by emailing their acceptance for enrollment to the Admissions department.
